Don’t let your membership lapse. Membership Dues are due by January 31st in order to keep points for January tournaments and/or retain your Pro Level Point status from the previous year. Please print out this form and send it in with your check for $30 by January 31st.
Players who do not renew by January 31 will not receive points for any sanctioned tournaments participated in from January 1-31. Previous Pro Level Members who fail to renew by January 31 will forfeit their Pro status and must earn 12 points after receipt of dues to achieve Pro status again.
